Jacobs Joinery & Shopfitters is pleased to announce the appointment of Riaan Swart and Mario Fenner as the new contracts managers.

Riaan and Mario are taking up these positions at an exciting time for the company and their qualifications and expertise will stand Jacobs Joinery in good stead.

Riaan, a qualified cabinet maker, has successfully managed a kitchen and built-in-cupboard company and gained experience by working in Israel and the United Kingdom. Some of his previous duties have included assisting clients with their design requirements, the construction of cupboards, and liaising with developers.

This experience will be useful in his new position where his duties will include project management, logistical and installation support, and maintaining client relationships.

Mario is no newcomer to the company having worked for Jacobs Joinery & Shopfitters since 2005.

On completion of his Hi-Tech Project Engineering Auto Cad 2000 qualification in 2004, he gained practical work experience before joining the company as a draughtsman. His duties also included estimation and his skill in this area soon led to him doing just estimation.

His promotion to a contracts manager involves following through from design, drafting, production, delivery/installation, to the collection of final payment.

Having occupied various positions in the company Mario has the experience required to offer value to the company and its clients.
