Jacobs Shopfitters & Joinery operate from a 2500m² factory situated in the industrial area of Mkondeni in Pietermaritzburg. This well kept and maintained factory is designed to allow a “free flow process” from the first cut to the pre despatch packaging department. All factory equipment is of the highest quality, Italian machinery dominant on the machine shop floor. The assembly area is set up with all necessary pneumatic & electric accessories to make the artisans life as easy and professional as possible. This follows through the spray shop, spraybooth to the “Hot Box” where recently sprayed items are dried under infra red drying lights to ensure all paint surfaces are dried quickly to the highest quality. Walk onto any Jacobs Joinery & Shopfitters site and there is no mistaking who your shopfitters are, besides crisp blue overalls to let you know we’re on site all items are wrapped in protective wrapping and taped with the distinctive white & blue Jacobs branded tape.
